The service
INTELCOM provides company information compiled from public registers, regulatory filings, company-operated sources and licensed data providers, together with monitoring, analysis and AI-assisted interpretation of that information.
No warranty as to accuracy
Information is provided as compiled from its sources. Registers vary in timeliness and completeness, filings are periodic, and normalization across jurisdictions is imperfect. We do not warrant that any record is current, complete or accurate, and you should verify anything material at its source before relying on it.
Scores and analysis are not advice
Platform Intelligence Scores, expansion readings, opportunity scores and AI answers are analytical indicators derived from recorded data. They are not credit ratings, not investment advice, not legal advice, and not a determination of creditworthiness. They must not be used as the sole basis for a credit, investment, employment or contracting decision.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to harass or profile private individuals, to make decisions that produce legal effects about a person on the basis of automated processing alone, to redistribute licensed provider data outside the terms of that licence, or to attempt to extract the underlying database in bulk.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. Plan limits are enforced by the platform, and exceeding one restricts further use of that capability rather than incurring an unexpected charge.
Third-party data
Where you connect a licensed data provider, your use of that provider's data remains governed by your agreement with them. We provide the integration; we do not grant you rights to their data. See our data sources policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for commercial decisions taken on the basis of information or analysis obtained through the service.
